Dave was born on a farm in Broken Bow, Nebraska and then moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming where he attended junior & senior high school and then on to the University of Wyoming where his college was cut short after two year when you was drafted into the Army where he spent two tours in Vietnam.  On returning home, Dave moved to O'Neill, Nebraska where he owned and managed his own businesses for over 30 years with 20 years of that being in the real estate profession specializing at first in the residential & commercial market, then into farms, ranches and small acreage properties.  During this time, Dave has a number of prestigious awards for his excellence in real estate sales and is said to be a no-nonsense type of business owner with an eye on representing the seller as well as helping buyers obtain the knowledge to purchase real estate either as a seasoned buyer or a first time buyer.
