Lands of America data lists $405 million in land for sale for sale in the Beef State. This represents a combined 259,438 acres of land for sale in Nebraska. The most expensive piece of land listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $14 million, although the median price for land and ranches for sale in Nebraska was $1 million. The average price of farms, ranches and other land for sale in Nebraska was $1 million. There was 4,425 acres of sold land in Nebraska recorded in May 2018 through the Lands of America sales program.
