Lands of America data lists $405 million in land for sale for sale in the Beef State. This represents a combined 259,438 acres of land for sale in Nebraska. The most expensive piece of land listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $14 million, although the median price for land and ranches for sale in Nebraska was $1 million. The average price of farms, ranches and other land for sale in Nebraska was $1 million. There was 4,425 acres of sold land in Nebraska recorded in May 2018 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects an eight percent increase in sales activity over the previous month. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $6.6 million.
